Overall, the apartment is very good: clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and located right in the city centre. However, I had a serious issue with late-night access. I arrived quite late at night, but there was no security guard at the entrance to open the door. The keys to the apartment are kept inside the building, so you first need to get through the main entrance in order to access them. Because the entrance was locked and nobody was available to let me in, I was left outside for quite some time. This is an important issue for guests arriving late at night, as there is a real possibility of being unable to access the apartment at all. I would strongly recommend that the host provide a reliable 24/7 access solution or an alternative way to enter the building after hours. Apart from this issue, the apartment itself was very good and I enjoyed my stay.

Жилье было великолепным, но был нюанс с кондиционером, в первый день он не включался, в квартире было очень холодно и в кране вода была не горячая, но на следующей день хозяйка решила все вопросы, кондиционер работал в кране была горячая вода, спасибо
