Wir waren zu zweit. Generell alles ok.

The apartment is in a good location, with shops and the metro nearby, but the overall experience was disappointing. The check-in instructions were unclear and confusing. When I asked Alex for more details, he copied the same instructions instead of answering my questions. Some responses did not make sense and felt automated rather than helpful. When I arrived, the key was not in the lockbox. I went to the apartment at 17: 30 cleaning lady opened the door, surprised to see me, although I had shared my arrival time. She asked me to wait outside while she finished cleaning. The apartment had an unpleasant cigarette smell, and it was clear the cleaning was rushed. Missing items included a wine opener, dishwashing sponge, and towels. When I reported the missing towels, Alex again gave unhelpful responses, so I contacted the agency, who responded quickly and provided towels the same day. I booked this place partly because of the bathtub, but the plug did not work, so I couldn’t use it.

Great stay overall—clean, comfortable apartment and smooth check-in. The only downside was that the private parking space included with the booking was occupied when we arrived late at night - not sure by whom :-( so we couldn’t use it. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
