Large apartments for short stays, and rental management

Lumina Apart hosts guests in large apartments and houses and manages them on behalf of their owners. We work for guests, owners and companies.

Who we are

Lumina Apart has been in short-term rentals for more than 7 years. We run over 200 apartments — over 140 in Warsaw and over 60 in Łódź, from studios to large apartments for groups of up to 12.

Guests book with us on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms, and on our own website. After every stay we clean the apartment and change the bed linen and towels, and we are in touch with guests every day, 9:00–21:00. We issue VAT invoices.

For owners we take over the whole rental — from photos and prices to cleaning — and write a minimum occupancy of 80% a year into the contract.

  • It was a great place to stay. The self-check-in process was easy and everything was clearly explained. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also excellent—close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of Atlas Arena, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

  • The unit is in central location and has everything we needed during our stay. It is very modern, clean, cozy and has warm vibes. Also, it is perfect for small families, couples, and small groups. Metro, tram station and bus stops are quite close to the apartment, and also close to convenience stores, grocery stores and some restaurants. Communication with the host was very smooth.

  • Bardzo polecam Lumina Apartaments w Łodzi! Apartament był czysty, komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dużym plusem jest świetna lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko oraz bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami, a pobyt przebiegł bardzo przyjemnie. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w Łodzi!

  • Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, ładne, czyste mieszkanie w kamienicy. Super kontakt z obsługą, bezkontaktowy odbiór kluczy. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co niezbędne na kilkudniowy pobyt. Duże szafy, wieszaki. 2 pokoje (sypialnia + pokój z aneksem kuchennym) okazały się być idealnym rozwiązaniem dla pobytu z dziećmi. Cena również adekwatna do jakości. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

  • Mieszkanie dokładnie takie, jak w ofercie, czyste, w doskonałym punkcie lokalizacyjnym. Proces bezobsługowego/szybkiego zameldowania przebiegł wyjątkowo sprawnie. Wygodne miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym to ogromny atut. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt.

  • Замечательная квартира! Две отдельные спальни. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления, много посуды, есть даже чай, кофе, соль, сахар, масло. В доме целых три продуктовых магазина, а поблизости множество отличные ресторанов. Нам все очень понравилось!
