From booking to check-out

Before you arrive
- You will receive the booking confirmation by e-mail.
- Before your arrival we send the apartment address and check-in instructions.
- Want to arrive earlier or leave later? Write to us. If the apartment is free, we will try to make it work.

Check-in
- From 15:00, on your own, with no waiting at a reception desk. Everything is in the instructions. The exact check-in time is in your booking confirmation.
- Can't get in, or something isn't right? Call us and we will help.

During your stay
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.
- Smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartments.
- Something broken or missing? Message or call us.

Check-out
- Check-out by 11:00.
- Before leaving, close the windows and the balcony door, switch off the lights and leave the keys as described in the instructions.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, in apartments marked “Pets welcome”. The fee is 40 zł per night.
How many people can stay?
The maximum number of guests is in the apartment description. In many apartments the price covers 4 guests, and each additional guest costs 40 zł per night. You will see it in the price summary before sending a request.
Is there parking?
In some apartments: free parking on the premises or on the street, or a garage. Details are in the apartment description, and the search has a “Parking” filter.
We are a larger group
We can combine 2–3 apartments in the same building or next door. Tell us how many of you there are and your dates.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Send us your company details: name, address and tax ID (NIP).
How do I change or cancel a booking?
The cancellation terms are shown in our booking system before you send a request. To change your dates, write to us.
Who can book?
The person booking must be at least 18 years old.
