Liked: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo przestronny apartament.

Liked: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleka odległość od największych atrakcji miasta, bliziutko dworzec kolejowy oraz przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Dużo przestrzeni do zabawy dla dzieci POLECAM !!!
Disliked: Niesprawne rolety, można bardziej zadbać o czystość.

Liked: Super lokalizacja, blisko do EC1, Piotrkowskiej, Manufaktury, Parku Źródliska i Palmiarni a dla tych co nie lubią chodzić bliziutko na tramwaj. Kamienica odnowiona, przestronne pokoje, dzieciaki mają gdzie się pobawić. Pomimo tego że mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze jest cicho w nocy, zamontowane są rolety zewnętrzne, pomocne również przy upałach. W łazience jest prysznic z opcją deszczownicy.
Disliked: Mała kuchnia- brak miejsca roboczego, kanapki na śniadanie się ogarnie ale nie wyobrażam sobie gotowania w niej obiadu, na plus większa ilość talerzy, filiżanek i szklanek. W łazience brakuje miejsca na kosmetyczkę czy nawet na postawienie szczoteczek do zębów dla 4ch osób. Kran przy umywalce nie był do niej przymocowany, trzeba było bardzo uważać przy odkręcaniu wody. Ręczniki wiszą w zamykanej szafie. Zdecydowanie można by popracować nad czystością. Wiadomo że nie jest to nowe budownictwo, duży metraż ale czystość podłóg, listew przypodłogowych czy nawet stołu w salonie można dopracować.
