Everything was perfect Thank You !
Aysegul · September 2026Airbnb · Rated 3 out of 5
Thank you to Alex for hosting us. The location of the property was reasonably convenient, and throughout our trip we generally chose to use Uber for transportation. However, the property did not quite meet the standard presented in the photos, particularly in terms of its overall aesthetic and cleanliness. The shower curtain in the bathroom was especially uncomfortable and could benefit from being replaced. We also experienced some challenges with communication during our stay. On several occasions, rather than receiving responses that directly addressed our questions or concerns, we were provided with automated replies containing general information. This made it difficult to resolve specific issues efficiently. The room described as the second bedroom was also equipped with a sofa bed rather than a conventional bed, which was not what we had expected based on the listing. Although the stated check-in time was 3:00 PM, we were not able to access the property until 4:00 PM. Additio
