Overall, we are happy with our stay in the apartment.
Liked: The flat is fully equipped with everything necessary. It is located very close to the metro, with a park in walking distance. The administration was always responsive. When checking in, we noticed the microwave wasn't working; however, it was replaced the next day with a new one.
Disliked: The living room sofa was a bit dusty, and it would be better if the towels were newer.

Nice place with good location, however I would say the sofa is a bit small for 2 adults.

This spot is an excellent place to catch metro and be anywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less.

It is a nice and most importantly clean place, slightly smaller from images. Beds are very comfortable. We had cleaning supplies which is a nice addition. Water in the shower with high pressure which is amazing. We enjoy our stay, Roman was responsive and staff specially the lady was very friendly, thank you and good luck!
