Nearby there is also one of the biggest shopping malls in Poland-Manufaktura. Not far from the apartment there is one of the biggest and most modern train stations in Europe - Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station.

We had a nice time in the flat. There’re building works in a neighbouring building, which led to quite a bit of noise plus the bathroom smelt damp sometimes and was a bit dirty. The big windows made for fun people watching though and the balcony gets a lot of sun.

Very average
Liked: A parking space is included. I recommend investing in mattresses and bed covers. Fix the ventilation and the apartment will be much more comfortable.
Disliked: The lock on the door was not very good quality. One of the double beds was a disaster, very soft and worn out. Cleanliness was average, but it was clear that the floors had been swept rather than washed. Poor ventilation in the shower, so there was a feeling of dampness and a smell. Everything can be heard when walking in the stairwell; poor sound insulation.

Liked: Czysto i przytulnie. Optymalne warunki dla rodziny 2+2 (dwie oddzielne sypialnie). Nasz pobyt przypadł w upały - klimatyzacja w salonie bardzo się przydała! Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe za szlabanem. Proste i szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie co potrzebne.
Disliked: Walka z prześcieradłami w nocy - przydałyby się większe prześcieradła lub na gumkę (ceratka sprawiała, że prześcieradło - rozmiarowo na styk - jeździło po łóżku). Zdarzało się, że z kanalizacji w łazience wydobywał się przykry zapach - zwłaszcza po wieczornym prysznicu.
