When I'm in Warsaw, I always stay in this area. I believe it provides best balance between price and location. It's not in the middle of the downtown, but its cool. If you rent a bike you can go to the center or the river within 10-15min. The flat is nice. Maybe if you looking fot luxury its not your place, but if you are like me and want to explore the city, go ahead and rent it.
