Unprofessional, rude and overpriced service. No AC, no communication skills
Liked: Location is awesome
Disliked: Where to start. So I was traveling with a kid from USA for 24h and previously asked three times if we can do check in earlier than 3pm. The answer was „you gonna receive the check in instructions at noon”. When we arrived, apartment was a mess (we arrived at 2 pm). Why it wasn’t ready? Because they scheduled us for 6 pm assuming we gonna be there at that time. Instead of apologizing I received a rude response that anyway it should be available only at 3 pm. So me and a 3 yo kid after long journey went to kill the time. As you can imagine - 1 h for cleaning apartment was not enough. Needed to clean up by myself. Also, there’s NO AC. Even though, at first when I asked how to turn it on, the lady who’s handling communication, was talking to me like I’m a fool and just can’t find the controller 😀 Unprofessional, rude and totally overpriced service. Not recommended

Dwudniowy pobyt w centrum Warszawy
Liked: Wysoki standard wykończenia, nowoczesny budynek, balkonik. Wygodne duże łóżko. Miejsce parkingowe to wielki plus. Uroczy, przytulny i praktyczny wystrój.
